Dry sow/Mating crate

Description

The dry sow or mating crate is manufactured from comercial grade mild steel and fully hot dip galvanized.

The width of the crate is variable between 600 and 750mm, the length is standard 2,25m.

The crate can be supplied without trough or with a stainless steel or polymer long trough.

Drinking is standard with a 1/2″ pigbite nipple, or when using troughs a float valve mechanism can be used.

The rear gates are “saloon style” to make easy entry and exit of both sow and worker. This style gate also makes convenient and easy working during artifical insemination.
